afk.ai is free to use and is supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to rig a model with the afk.ai Rigging plugin, OpenAI sends our server a temporary link to the model file you attached, plus the skeleton and animation names. We download the model, rig it and delete the upload as soon as rigging finishes.
The rigged model is stored on Google Cloud in the United States so you can download it. The download link works for 24 hours, and the file is deleted automatically within two days. We don't use your models for anything else, including training.
OpenAI also sends an anonymized user ID, which we use only to apply the daily rigging limit; those counts are kept in memory and reset every day. ChatGPT may attach technical hints such as your language or approximate location; the plugin doesn't use them. We don't receive your name, email, ChatGPT account or conversation, the plugin has no sign-in, and it uses no cookies or ads. Google Cloud keeps standard request logs (time, address requested and the requesting server's IP address) for up to 30 days. Your conversation itself is covered by OpenAI's privacy policy.
